Hi, I’m a sales trainer, speaker, and coach. I help unenthusiastic salespeople to improve their sales pace, processes, and results – and have fun during the sales process.

One reason I train early-stage sales conversations and cold outreach? - Because I know it works. Armed with a phone and a copy of the Yellow Pages, I grew my first company to $3.2 million, which allowed me to expand my business from the UK to the United States.

More than 1,200 entrepreneurs have attended my live 'Pick Up the Phone' and 'Sales Calls: What to Say After Hello' workshops.

Alongside the team at Prompt Inc., I deliver Draft & Drill, a two-day intensive boot camp for early-stage sales teams, which has been attended by governments, startups, and Fortune 1000 company teams across America and Europe.
